7. Know your audience. Tailor your message to your audience’s needs and
interests.
8. Be consistent. Make sure that your message is consistent throughout your communication.
9. Practice, practice, practice. The more you practice, the better you will become at communicating your message clearly and effectively.
10. Get feedback. Ask others for feedback on your message to make sure that it is clear and effective.
11. Be open to change. Be willing to change your message based on feedback and new information.
12. Don’t be afraid to be yourself. Let your personality shine through in your communication.
13. Be authentic. Be genuine and honest in your communication.
14. Be respectful. Be respectful of your audience and their time.
15. Have fun! Communicating should be enjoyable. If you’re not having fun, your audience won’t either.
